The skin relief panty has a pocket on the front to accommodate overhanging skin from the stomach. When you pull the panties up, the inner part of the pocket acts as a protective layer between the stomach and the loose skin; the outer part of the pocket together with the outer layer of the panty fit over the stomach. It looks just like any other panty, with the smart feature hidden inside.
